The Antunović company was founded in 1968. Since then it has expanded its business operations into several countries.

It all started at Mr. Tomislav Antunović's birthplace – Ulice near the town of Brčko, where he founded a property development company. The business grew fast and Mr. Antunović left for Europe, where he founded companies in Vienna and Munich.

After years of experience he gained working by West-European standards, he opened the ANTUNOVIĆ business centre at Brčko in 1988. The Centre comprised the first privately-owned petrol station in the former Yugoslavia. The Antunović company was founded in Zagreb on 30 April 1992 with its principal place of business at Kobiljačka 102 , Sesvetski Kraljevec, Zagreb.

Another ANTUNOVIĆ Business Centre opened its doors at Orašje in 1996.

All firms linked together in the Antunović Group are wholly owned by Mr. Tomislav Antunović, who, at the same time, is the company's President.
The main objects of the company are the oil trade, the transport of oil and petroleum products, and the hotel trade.
Oil and petroleum products are traded retail and wholesale at petrol stations and petroleum product warehouses. The firm owns 4 petrol stations. The road haulage of oil and petroleum products is done by company tankers. The company has some 50 vehicles in its fleet.

The company operates in Croatia, Bosnia-Herzegovina, Austria and Germany, with its hotels located in Croatia and Bosnia-Herzegovina.

The Antunović company has a workforce of 500 and a turnover of some EUR 400 mil per annum.

The crowning achievement of Mr.Tomislav Antunović's career is the new-build "jewel of Zagreb" – the Antunović Centre, a unique combination of a hotel, shopping centre, night club and a business centre with a petrol station and car wash.

The €40mil project has a total area of 30,000 square metres over 11 floors. It was completed within the set deadline of 22 months.
